Is it necessary to have an account to shop online with Ayla Studio?

A – Setting up an account will give you the following benefits:

  • Access to exclusive discounts and promotions
  • It will make your checkout faster as you do not need to enter your details every time you shop with us
  • You can view your complete order history
  • You can check your order status and track your order
  • Change/update your account details’ preferences

I forgot my account password, how do I retrieve it?

On “My Account” page enter your email address and click on ‘Forgot My Password’. An email will be sent to your registered email address. Click on the link and reset your password. We suggest that you keep your password safe and secure, Ayla Studio will not be responsible for any misuse of your account due to credentials being compromised from the customer’s end.

How can I change/update my account details such as address, phone number?

First you need to sign in to your account and then click on ‘Edit’ button present on your account dashboard. You will be able to edit/update your details and save it for future orders. If you wish to change the delivery address for an order already placed, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make the requested changes if the order has not been dispatched.

How do I place an order on your website?

Following is a step-by-step guide to help you place an order successfully:

  • Sign in to your online account
  • Shop for the items you want
  • Add the items to your Shopping Bag
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter billing and shipping information
  • Provide payment information
  • Review and submit your order
  • Check your order status

How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order number via email. Once you receive this order number, you can track the status of your order through our website’s “Track My Order” page.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you can call our help line number and we will try to find the best solution for you.

Can I add more items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. We cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order after the order has been processed.

Is there a size chart?

Size chart is available on the website on all product pages.

How will I know if my Order has been placed successfully?

An email will be sent to you with order confirmation and order number. If you do not get this email, please contact on our customer service number.

How do I return or exchange products?

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Yes, if you meet the requirements for a refund. Please refer to our “Exchange & Return” page for further details.

How will I get my refund?

You will only be refunded by the same payment method which you used for your original purchase. Please refer to our “Exchange & Return” page for further details.

How much time do I have to return my item?

You have 14 days to notify us for a return through website Exchange & Return form, through email or through customer service number. Once you have notified us of the return, you have 14 days more from the day of notifying us to return the item(s). Items need to be returned in their original packaging and must be in unworn/unused condition. The original tags must be in place. Please refer to our “Exchange & Return” page for further details.
