Exchange & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have to notify us within 14 days of the purchase date. You will have further 14 days to return the item(s) after notifying us. Once the returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, our exchange/refund process will be initiated, subject to the item being in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

Return Information:

If you require a refund/exchange for your orders, you must send the unworn goods back to us using the returns instructions along with all tags and its original packaging. We will inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility and after verification, you can either get the item exchanged or get a full refund.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from us.

You will only be refunded by the same payment method used for your original purchase.

How do I return faulty or incorrect goods?

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 14 days and await a response before sending the item(s) back to us at the returns address in an unworn condition in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us about the return.

All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges. Please allow us up to 14 days for your refund/exchange to be processed from the day you return the products to us. You will receive an email confirming the refund/exchange and the original order value with the refunded amount or exchanged item(s) details.

After you receive the refund confirmation email, please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.

If your card has expired or has been declined, we will arrange for another method of payment.

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

Any claim by you that the item is defective or not of satisfactory quality must be notified to us by email, website, phone or letter at your earliest. Our representative will ask you for proof of damage/defect for which you can share a picture/video with us.

If you make a valid claim under the point above, we shall inspect the goods upon receiving the returned item and replace it (if proven faulty by our inspection team) free of charge OR refund in full, the payment made in respect of such goods (Upon your discretion).

Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us and inspected accordingly.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from willful damage, wear and tear due to negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without approval.

Open Item Return

If you return an item that has been opened and/or shows signs of being worn/used, we are unable to exchange/arrange a credit note. We are also not liable to pay the postage amount incurred while returning the item back to us.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizen’s advice bureau.
